I will go out of my way to help you any way I can, and will communicate with you all the way through our sales process from a dispatch confirmation e-mail, to feedback at the completion of our transaction. Should you need to return an item please contact me within 7 DAYS of receipt of goods. Items must be returned within 7 days from the day of receipt of goods, and only after you have a confirmation e-mail with where the item is to be returned to. Goods can be refunded if they are either manufacturingly faulty, unsuitable for the purpose for which they have been sold, or are being returned in their original unopened packaging. This is in accordance with EU law when purchasing from a distance. (see ebays EU sellers regulations) Postage and packaging will not be refunded, and returns will be at the buyers expense. Customers returning an item must obtain a proof of purchase, and must return items like for like (i.e if delivered by courier, then returned by courier, if sent in padded bag, returned in padded bag etc..) I accept paypal only as a method of payment at present.
It is recommended that you visit my shop regularly, as there is guaranteed to be more than 100 items listed EACH AND EVERY WEEK!!
Discount is available for multiple purchases on most items. Where available pay just once for the dearest postal item, and then half the postage price of each additional item!! Please contact me for a multiple invoice prior to completing ebay checkout.
