1.  All vehicles are sold as seen and approved by the purchaser.

2.  By placing a bid on any vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the described vehicle. Non Payment WILL be pursued through the county court resulting in county court judgements being placed against the non payer.

3. Unless stated otherwise, there is no warranty whatsoever on any vehicle .

4. Unless otherwise stated, the mileage of any car advertised is not guaranteed. (Trade Descriptions Act 1964)

5.  The purchaser has ensured all necessary checks have been carried out upon collection or delivery and is responsible for the roadworthiness of the above vehicle.

6.  The purchaser has checked the chassis number corresponds with the registration details before the vehicle leaves the company premises.

7.  The purchaser is responsible for any issues connected with this vehicle from the date of transfer on the receipt.

8.  The condition rating implies the condition of a vehicle as described in the auction description is STRICTLY AND VERY OBVIOUSLY relevant to the vehicles age of manufacture and mileage the vehicle has covered.

9.   HPI Clear: A HPI check is carried out by data collection agencies and is similar to a personal credit history check only that it tracks a vehicles history. The check looks for any previous major accident history, any outstanding finance and any colour changes.
