Arseantlers “rules of ebay”
1. I accept PayPal ONLY . Unless cash on collection offered.
(Sorry this is for your safety more than it is mine).

I do not charge a specific fee for pay pal but sometimes add slightly
more onto the postage & packing to cover my time,
package materials and petrol to get to the post office etc.
I am normally very fair and if it turns out I have charged WAYYYY too much
please email me to negotiate.
I DON’T ALWAYS DO THIS but if you are concerned it’s too
high please email me and we can sort out as and when the auction ends etc.
Be fair, Ebay charges per item, Pay pal charges ME % per item
The post office charge whatever they feel like on certain days and I have to run
about like a headless chicken getting the stuff into post...
Yes I want rid of these items
but I would quite like to make some money on them!
And always start them off as 99p auctions.
If you don’t like the postage charge you don’t have to bid.
2. I require anything purchased with “buy it now” to be paid for immediately.
3. Auction winners will be required to pay within 5 days and then I start
with the “smiley email invoices”
congratulating you on winning sending yet more invoices and suggesting
the sooner you pay—the sooner I can mail you the goods….
If payment does not arrive after 7 days I will start the NPD procedure.
I will not leave Negative feedback if you can at least email me with
a reason why you haven't paid.
If you changed your mind after the sale or are unsure please email me!
I won’t bite and chances are we can come to some kind of agreement.
4. I have a full time job, so don’t always expect an immediate response
to any correspondence.
I am very considerate; email buyers with updates
of everything that’s happening, and like to
think the buyer could return this courtesy.
5. I will endeavor to post items within 5 working
days of payment received but as mentioned above will email you with
any information you may need and keep you informed.
6. I will be using Royal Mail or Parcel force for most items.
Once handed to them the item is out of my hands and I am no longer
responsible for its delivery or any loss or damage.
I do wish for you to get your goods as soon as physically
possible and in good condition.
I do re-cycle jiffy bags and such like but not if they are not send-worthy.
7. If you have not received an item within 7 days please
email me asap. I will need to contact the Post office
within 14 days from the date I posted it to claim against it.
8. IF IN DOUBT….. EMAIL ME!!!!!

9. Feedback will be given after I receive yours, which confirms you
have received the item and are happy with your wash.
If you feel you are going to give a negative or neutral
rating please email me first as anything can be sorted before hand.
