Astrobits RETURNS POLICY In the event of an item being faulty, damaged or not as described, you must inform us within 7 working days of receipt. We fully comply with the "Distance Selling Regulations" We will only refund return postage costs if the goods are found to be faulty or not as described In all circumstances YOU MUST contact us first, we accept no responsibility for unsolicited returns. If we refund postage, it will only be for Royal Mail 2nd class or courier according to the weight and size of your product if you chose to use any other method than we have agreed with you, then in all cases you are responsible for any extra costs above the postage rate and method we have informed you we are responsible for.
