PAYMENT: Paypal, Cheque or Postal Order accepted or Credit and Debit cards over phone. Cheques and Po payable to 'SWD'. Payment is required within 5 working days please. The ebay non payment process will be followed in all cases. We reserve the right to refuse payment at any time.
POSTAGE: Based in the UK we offer next day working dispatch where possible. However please allow 1-7 days for larger items. All post is with Royal Mail. Proof of postage is available at all times. In rare event of loss please view our clams process as below. Please note that Royal Mail claims cannot be made until 14 days from dispatch have elapsed. Often, lost items are returned to sender (SWD). For this reason we will not process claims until 14 days from Purchase. Most items are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow time for weekends and holiday periods. We reserve the right it increase postage rates where necessary if the postage is more than the cost advertised.
Please note that additional taxes or duty may be payable on imported goods. Please contact your local Customs office for details.
Please note, postage costs (P&P) includes reasonable fees to cover staffing, materials and VAT we do however endeavor to keep these costs down. If you do not like the P&P as advertised please do not purchase the item.
We operate an internet based company from a premises that unfortunately does not cater for retail customers. For this reason ‘absolutely no personal callers’ are allowed at the site. Please don’t ask to collect as refusal often offends.
POSTAGE CLAIMS: We include insurance on all purchases. This protects the customer and ensures that all lost items will be replaced by SWD via our claims procedure. The procedure is as follows: Contact us via ebay messages 7 working days after ‘Item dispatched email’ if not received. After 14 days please request a claims form from us. After 28 days on our receipt of completed claims form the item will be immediately re-shipped as required free of charge.
RETURNS: We simply offer a 7 day good will return policy as listed on most items unless clearance auctions. We will replace faulty items within this period. However, if a refund is required rather than a replacement, fees and postage may be deducted. Universal / multi fit items must be returned at the buyers cost if ordered incorrectly. Pay particular attention to listing details of all multi fit items. We give a final 28 day guarantee on internet based sales.
