PAYMENT: After the auction has ended I require full payment within 5 days, all payments to be in UK £pounds only, I accept personal cheques, (made payable to G. Bensted) postal order, bank draft or Paypal. My preferred payment method is Paypal, and is the required payment method for overseas transactions. (I will only send goods against cleared funds) Please leave your feedback to confirm safe receipt of the item.

YOUR GUARANTEE: Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason please email me immediately with your concerns. I will gladly refund the purchase price of any lot that is returned to me in its original (as received) condition, within five days from receipt. Postage either way is not refundable, and all returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

POST & PACKING: All items will be very securely packed using the appropriate materials. Packages and parcels are sent out via Royal Mail's regular postal services. If a postage method is required other than that offered, please ask for a specific quote before the auction. I can not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post, or any other situation beyond my control.

My p&p charge Not only covers the postage cost, but for packing materials needed to send fragile glass products through the postal system, this together with my time and effort goes to make up the p&p charges quoted in my listings.

Delivery Times Please order and allow plenty of time for your frames to be delivered. I always send by Royal Mail’s most economical method, and delivery, although usually very prompt, has been known to take several weeks. Please be patient, and if you think your frames have been lost in the post always check at your local sorting office first, as packages do not normally fit through a letterbox, and if undelivered will be held at your local sorting office for your collection for one month, after which time claims for non-delivery will be considered.
