We do our very best to offer fabulous gifts and when we personalise things for you we try our hardest to create something that we think you will like.

Honesty is a two way thing...

If you are not happy with your item for any reason we will refund or exchange the item. You don't have to damage the item to get a refund - just send it back packaged the way you received it.

Feedback

Feedback is important to both buyers & sellers, if you are not happy with your purchase you must tell us straight away and give us the opportunity to rectify the situation before leaving negative feedback.

Due to the high number of people not leaving feedback we will only leave feedback for you if feedback is left for us.

You can rest assured we will never be threatened with negative feedback.

Postage & packing

We keep records of all communications and proof of postage for every item. Any reported undelivered item will be referred to the post office.

Remember postage is not just the cost of a stamp it's for packaging and time taken to wrap and take to the post office - We try and charge a 'reasonable amount' for this.

Trade Trade customers requiring order quantities greater than ten will benefit from discounted prices - please contact us with your requirements.
