ABOUT ME

Hi, would like to introduce myself, I'm Alison and I have been buying and selling on Ebay as a private seller for a few years now, I sell a whole host of things, some new and some used, and sometimes the odd treasure!!! I pride myself on honesty and trust, I try to be as honest as I can and try to help wherever I can, All items I sell are authentic and genuine, I do not sell copies, Sometimes there may be imported items i.e. games but these will also be clearly stated in listings also faults or flaws, Sometimes I do as we all do make mistakes but I am always open to comments and will do all in my power to rectify such mistakes or problems,

I do offer a discount on multiple items where applicable,  by this I mean most items are cheaper combined in one package, sometimes though with books and heavy items going abroad this may not be possible, in this case email me and I will find the cheapest way to send

My Bits and Bobs I Sell

To be more specific about the items I sell, I regularly sell, Children’s Clothes, Plus Size Ladies Clothes, Children’s Toys, Games, DVD's, Collectables, Dr Who Battle in Time CCG cards, Harry Potter Stickers, Merlin Dr Who Stickers and Soft Toys, Pet Toys, Novelty Air Fresheners.

My Policies (The Serious Bits)

PAYMENT I require payment within 7 days of auction end, If this requirement is not met I will relist item, If payment is made by cheque, Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery, International Bidders- I can only accept paypal in GBP, I will not be held responsible for Loss in transit, I obtain a proof of posting and will investigate so please contact me with any problems. My preferred Payment is Paypal

POSTAGE COSTS Please note Postage costs reflect the new Postage price increase that came into place on the 2nd April 2007, The Postage is calculated by size of packet as well as it's weight, I do not profit from the postage and will not charge extortionate prices but need to say that the postage price does include, the postage cost, (usually first Class) wrapping (jiffy bags, bubble wrap etc, paper, ink and any costs incurred as I do not drive and have to do a daily bus journey to post my items, I aim to despatch within one day of the payment being received, Please see postage policies for further clarification, Any queries Please contact me, Thank you

RETURNS I will only refund items that are broken or faulty; I can not refund clothing that does not fit. I try in my listings to be as honest as I can and put measurements in wherever possible, Please read these before placing a bid, this saves on disappointment.
