Collections
You can come and collect from our shop in Coventry to save on postage. You MUST e-mail us to arrange collection and bring your invoice with you. The item must be collected within 7 days of auction end. We are open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. NO COLLECTIONS AT WEEKENDS. Our address is BOSS-shoes, 2 Binns Close, Tile Hill, Coventry CV4 9TB. Returns
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN ON ITEMS THAT DO NOT FIT OR ARE UNWANTED GIFTS. In the unlikely event of a faulty item being received, then a full refund will be offered and completed upon the original item's return (within 7 days of receipt) and subsequent inspection. Returns must be posted back to BOSS-shoes, 2 Binns Close, Tile Hill, Coventry CV4 9TB in the same condition that you received them. Please enclose your name, address, eBay item number and reason for returning. Returns agreed are by prior arrangement only.
