Postage & Payment Busy Lizzie Crafts do not aim to make profit from Postage & Packing. Our P&P fees are for the cost of the postage and packing materials - we do not add extra to cover PayPal or eBay fees.
We always ensure that our needles are securely and safely packed to avoid damage to both them and the postman. We use board-backed envelopes, or protect the needles with board.
Terms and Conditions Payment and postage terms may vary on individual items. Please read our own end-of-auction email BEFORE sending payment as it contains details of ALL payment options available to you.
Payment Payment is to be made within 7 days of sale. We start the non-paying bidder process after this time.
We aim to post winnings within 1-2 working days of receipt of your payment unless otherwise indicated. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
UK Customers We are able to accept payment by Credit Card (Mastercard / Visa / American Express), Bank Transer from a UK Bank, Cheque drawn on a UK Bank, Postal Order, PayOffline. We also accept payment via PayPal
Cheques/Postal Orders should be made payable to BUSY LIZZIE CRAFTS.
Overseas Customers We are able to accept payment in GBP via Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex). We also accept PayPal in GBP. You are responsible for customs/import duties applicable in the country of import.
Communication We firmly believe that good service and communication are the foundation of a good business. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order by letting you know when we receive your payment and also when we have sent your order.
We would appreciate you letting us know when your goods have arrived either by email, or by leaving feedback.
If there are any problems with your order please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback.
Items lost in postal system We are unable to claim compensation from Royal Mail for items which do not arrive until 15 working days after they have been posted. Please do inform us if your package has not arrived however also please bear in mind that we will be unable to take any action until 15 days after the package was posted.
