Our fragrance oils are premium varieties which are US grade and the finest fragrance that you can find.    All our oils are suitable for paraffin, vegetable and soy waxes and can be used in body products provided you secure the correct certification for sale in the UK.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Purchases will be sent out once we have received the CLEARED funds.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Where any goods have been lost or damaged in the delivery, refund and replacement will be made once we have confirmation from the delivery agent.

Any refunds will be made via the same method of making payment, ie if a customer pays via paypal, a refund will ONLY be made through paypal.

Where goods have not been damaged during delivery which is confirmed by the delivery agent, return postage will not be issed.
