Hullo my name is Sally, welcome to Chic Casuals. 

I have finally turned my love of great clothes into a business. I currently specialise in the sale of Per Una garments, the designer range from Marks and Spencers. All of my clothes are BRAND NEW and are either factory over-runs or surplus stock.

I sell a range of top quality garments from skirts, tops, jackets, coats and knitwear in a range of sizes always below high street prices.

I buy in new stock on a weekly basis so there is guaranteed to be something for everyone.

PAYPAL: I prefer payment to be made by PAYPAL - its quicker and safer for everyone. I do accept cheques and postal orders but this will mean that it takes longer for you to receive your garments.

Royal Mail First Class: All items are posted by Royal Mail First Class (unless clearly stated otherwise). This provides compensation up to a value of 2. 

International Buyers: For international buyers I use Royal Mail Airmail which provides compensation for goods up to 2. 

Proof of posting: Although I obtain proof of posting I take no responsibility for items that are lost in transit. I will of course assist you, wherever possible, in making a claim against Royal Mail by way of providing a copy of posting, invoice or other information as requested.


All Garments are carefully checked by myself prior to listing on eBay. If however you should find a fault or the item is not as described I will either exchange or provide a full refund.

Please notiy me in the first instance and return the item unworn and with any tags attached within 7 days of purchase.

Remember to refer to your reference number in all correspondence.

I'm sorry but cannot give a refund for items that do not fit or that you do not like. Please ask as many questions as needed prior to bidding.

Can you email me additional measurements for a specific item?
Certainly. Approximate measurements are included in the description for each item and additional sizing information can be found in my standard sizing chart. If you are unsure please ask.

Will you substitute a size or color?
This listing is for an individual item described above. No exchanges or substitutions are available.

How much is postage?
The postage charges are included in the listing.

Will you combine multiple purchases?
Yes, I combine multiple purchases that are paid on one invoice.

Will I receive a postage rate?
Yes, I discount the overall postage rate for multiple purchases. 

Will you hold my package and delay postage until a certain day?
Yes, please contact me prior to checkout and inform me of the date you would like me to post your garment(s).

What forms of payment do you accept?
I prefer Paypal for its simplicity and security. I also accept Personal Checks and Postal Orders.

Payment must be received within 7 days (Cheques/PO 10 days) of the auction close. All items unpaid after 10 will be forfeited by the bidder and may be relisted. All unpaid items are subject to eBay's Unpaid Item policy and procedures.

Can I pay you directly through PayPal?
Of course, this is my preferred method of payment.

Have you posted my garment?
All packages are generally posted within 2 days after payment has cleared. You be notified via eBay that it has been dispatched.

What is your return policy?
Please make your purchase with care - however I do operate a returns policy which is detailed in each listing.

What if I have a question about my delivered package?
Please contact me within 10 days of receiving your items with your questions or concerns.

I am looking for a different size, color, or style of a particular item. Will you email when it is available?
My inventory changes frequently so it it difficult to email you if a particular item becomes available. New items are listed daily so be sure to add me to your favorite sellers list.

Will you consider listing an item as a BuyItNow auction?
The majority of our items are listed as auctions. When I do list items with Buy It Now pricing they can be found in my shop.
