Here are a few safe tips for buying DVDs online.(especially eBay)
Check the feedback of the seller before you bid or commit to buy as the Pirated Copy Seller will have loads of feedback (always -ve) from customers saying 'It was a Copy' 'Fake' 'Not as described' and so on....
I do not support copying of DVDs as it is against the Law. I will never buy one or appreciate anyone dealing with such items.

Packing & Postage
Items will be sent within 3 to 5 working days after your payment is received.
We dispatch items everyday except Sundays, So you can expect your item to arrive in two days time since you paid for.
A dispatch confirmation email will be issued once your item is dispatched.
ALL DVDs WE sell are ORIGINAL UK DVDs : ALL OUR DVDS ARE BRAND NEW - WE DO NOT SELL SECOND HAND, EX RENTAL DISCS, COPIES OR ASIAN IMPORTS. They are as you would expect to purchase in a High Street store.(But at a Bargain Price and a friendly service)
SEALED / UNSEALED DVDs: DVDs will be dispatched as supplied by the manufacturer. Most DVDs (95%+) are now made with cellophane seals but please be aware that some titles are still manufactured unsealed.
LOST IN THE POST : Your purchases are guaranteed with us. If your item has not arrived within 14 days (UK purchases) of dispatch we will either send you a replacement or refund your purchase. European Buyers - we will re-send or replace if not received after 21 days of dispatch (except Germany which is 28 days). International Buyers: we will re-send or replace if not received after 28 days of dispatch

REGION 2 DVDs: What is region coding?
This was Imposed by the film studios due to the staggered theatrical release of movies worldwide and to protect exclusive markets, region coding was designed as a method of ensuring discs would be playable only in certain geographical locations.
Region 1: The US, US territories, Canada
Region 2: Europe, Japan, Middle East, Egypt, South Africa, Greenland
Region 3: Taiwan, Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong
Region 4: Mexico, South America, Central America, Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Caribbean
Region 5: Russia (former USSR), Eastern Europe, India, most of Africa, North Korea, Mongolia
Region 6: China
European law demands that any DVD player bought within the EU (prior to any modification) will have R2 set as it’s default region. Any R2 disc available from us should therefore be compatible with your player.
In accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations buyers need to allow up to 28 days for the order to be completed.
Parcels that are lost in transit will be replaced at no extra cost, as per Royal Mail policy parcels are not classed as lost until 15 working days from the posting date has passed.
Parcels are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post or 1st class recorded
Royal Mail 1st class aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.
This delivery time, however, is not guaranteed by Royal Mail and it may take longer than this at busy times.
My item has not arrived, what should I do?
Email me so I be aware of the issue and can do the needful in this the situation.
Royal Mail declare a parcel posted 1st class as lost after 15 working days from the posting date. At that point a claim can be submitted to Royal Mail and a replacement sent.
Submitting a claim with Royal Mail is very important. Why? Because unfortunately there are a small number of dishonest buyers who claim non receipt of items even though they have received their goods.
Royal Mail log every address submitted on a lost mail claim into a database within their security department to help highlight any addresses which are regularly experiencing lost mail.
Being aware of these addresses can help them deal with any security issues be it within Royal Mail or not.
Postal fraud is a serious offence and we will assist Royal Mail in any enquiries.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and email us to let us know.
Replacements will be sent on the return of the damaged item.
All honest claims for lost and damaged mail will result in a replacement being sent at no extra cost.
You have the right to return any unwanted DVD's as long as certain conditions are met.
You must notify us in writing via email within 7 working days of receipt of your item to inform us of your intentions to return.
Only DVD's that have not been opened / unsealed may be returned.
DVD's that have been unsealed by the buyer are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations are not eligible to be returned.
A full refund of the original purchase price and outward postage costs will be refunded on return of the item.
The return postage costs incurred for eligible unwanted items are down to the buyer.
We strongly recommend that buyers use recorded delivery when returning unwanted items, as we are not liable for return goods that get lost in transit.
I can assist and follow up with Royal Mail if any item gets lost as I always obtain a proof of posting.
