My eBay Philosophy:
I have been buying & selling on eBay since their beginning.
Not because I am in business.
But because I am just attempting to simplify and TAKE BACK my life.
I am really cleaning out my house--this time! I am no longer the pack-rat I used to be, so many -- most -- all -- of my collections are going on sale.
My parents were antique dealers, and I had a small shop over 20 years ago in which I specialized in Art Pottery. I still have a great interest in Pottery, especially Van Briggle and a few others.
I am constantly finding stuff from my childhood that I had forgotten that I had--bear with me, please, while I sort through all of my past lives and prepare it all for sale.
Due to the HIGH COSTS of Listing Auction Items & Postage, I realize that many of my things may not be of value or of interest to anyone other than myself, thus I am listing only a few of each item at a time, so if there is a "special item" that you are looking for--please let me know! I may have it! Or can get it for you. Here is my email.

I have NO RETURN POLICY because this is an AUCTION VENUE, and as such, auctions are typically buyer-beware, caveat-emptor places. I grew up going to auctions with my parents, thus I subscribe to the HONORABLE PERSON POLICY wherein I, as the seller, state that I will do my very best to describe every item that I sell to the best of my ability when writing up the auction description. I am not a business. I am just a person cleaning out my attic. If a buyer is unhappy with any item sold by me, I will do my best to come to terms with that buyer to the best of my ability--most of the items I sell are antiques and collectibles--one of a kind items and cannot be replaced if damaged in the mail; hence if insurance is recommended I advise that buyers take it for their own peace of mind, if nothing else.
From time to time, I have been known to refund either purchase price and postage to eBay customers. If you are one of those customers who get a refund from me, an email explaining the refund will always accompany the refund. I always use Paypal to make refunds.

I like to charge only EXACT SHIPPING FEES.
Please WAIT until I send an invoice to Pay me after an auction ends. I like to charge EXACT SHIPPING FEES, which in some cases may require two trips to the post office--one trip to get a quote of the EXACT COST of the FEE and to pick up the APPROPRIATE CUSTOMS FORM -- here in the USA there are 2 different forms from which we have to choose, depending on what we are shipping, and to where. This is often the case in INTERNATIONAL SALES.
If you are an International Buyer, please note: I will not LIE on customs forms and say purchases on ebay are GIFTS. If you ask me to do this, my answer will always be no, so please do not embarrass yourself by asking.
This is one of the cases in which you, as a BUYER may get a REFUND from me. If, after I go to the Post Office to mail out your package, I find that I have over-charged you on postage, I will refund you the excess money that I charged. EVEN though Paypal takes a percentage out from my account. It's the fair thing to do. I apologize to all of you buyers (and potential buyers out there who are reading this now) whom I may inadvertently overcharge in the future. I Thank YOU for your patience with me.

I prefer to ship using PRIORITY Mail, or FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL. Insurance is optional & available upon request. The amount charged for insurance is dependent upon the final auction price.

I try to ship the same day payment is received if payment is made immediately upon auction end by PayPal.
If payment is made by check, the check must clear my bank, prior to shipping the item.
