Lowest cost mortgages!


After 23 years in high-tech I decided to start my own company, Lincoln Trust Mortgage.  I have licenses in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.  I saw an opportunity in the marketplace for an open and honest mortgage company that explains every detail of the transaction.  I run the company in the same way I buy and sell on eBay; totally honest, fully committed, and no surprises allowed.

My favorite eBay sale story is this.  My parents were moving out of their home of 45 years and they were busily dumping the clutter.  I told my dad I would sell some of the stuff on eBay and split the proceeds with him since he was just looking to dump it anyway.  I sold dozens of items; mostly antique tools he had in the shop.  Other items included antique lamps, baked bean pots, and more modern electrical tools he wouldn't be using anymore.  But there was one item that was special.  This was a brass plate taken from an old steam locomotive engine he saw in a field when he has a kid.  He had it on a shelf in the shop and he said he almost threw it away everytime he picked it up.  As it turns out, these name plates are collector items and we had no idea.  When I entered it on eBay I started receiving many questions about its origins and specifics about the metalergy.  Well wouldn't you know that itme alone sold for $1,525.00 since it dated 1902 and stamped with #2 locomotive made in the Manchester, NH factory.
