Shipping/Delivery charges quoted are for delivery within the United Kingdom only (exc. parts of Ireland).

If you are from outside the UK, please contact us for the shipping cost PRIOR to bidding/buying.

All our goods are despatched with a certificate of posting, (a copy of which is available for up to 28 days after auction close). This will enable a compensation claim with Royal Mail for the value of your item up to £34 in the event of loss or damage, as we cannot be held personally responsible whilst your goods are in the hands of Royal Mail. Should you wish to purchase extra compensation cover above £32, please contact us for a quote.

We offer you a fast turnaround delivery, to save you waiting for your goods.

We do combine shipping charges, please make contact for your individualised quote.

Collection must be agreed by us, and all goods collected within 7 days of auction end, unless otherwise agreed.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with all merchandise purchased, unless stated otherwise.

If you are not completely satisfied under the clauses below,

please report the issue to us within 3 days of receipt.

Return of merchandise must be in its original packaging (including any documentation and accessories) for our inspection, within 7 days of receipt.

All goods are tested before despatch and therefore deliberately damaged or tampered-with merchandise will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition.

Settlement please within 7 days of auction end.

If you intend to pay by Paypal and you do not already have an account then we recommend you do it now before the auction ends (to avoid delays)! Please e-mail us if you have any queries.
