We do our best to offer a quick, reliable and good value service on ebay, and therefore we feel communication is incredibly important.
If you need to contact us please use the ebay messaging system as we find it easier to communicate that way. We will usually try to respond within 4 hours.

Payment
Payment is through PayPal only. We wish you to have a swift and safe transaction with Decorus. By paying through PayPal we know that you are a genuine customer as informing you that we are a genuine trader.
However should you require to pay by any other means we will accept it on the basis that you inform us though our e-bay messaging service.
Please pay within 48 hours of purchase where possible and no later than 7 days from the date of purchase. We will process your purchase on receipt of cleared funds and not before.
If we don’t have it we can get it.
Shipping
We take great care in packaging every item, to ensure a safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour and we promise our customers that we shall in no way profit from our postage charges. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
We aim to ship your item/s within 48 hours of cleared payment (72 hours if purchased over a weekend / bank holiday). Please ensure you supply your full shipping address with correct town and post code - we can't be held responsible if your item doesn't arrive and if we then find your address differs to information held on the Royal Mail website. Multiple purchases are usually sent separately and therefore we don't offer a combined postage discount.
If your item hasn't arrived then please contact us and we will investigate it for you. As a guide the Royal Mail will not consider an item to be lost until after 15 working days. Be assured we want you to have your item as quickly as possible and in our experience the Royal Mail rarely lose an item.
