| I've been using eBay for a while now and have become aware of people being 0 Rated bidders having the capability to be VERY decent. I've recently sold to a 0 rated bidder and the sale has been VERY smooth. Although, I do still like an e-mail from people beforehand just to make sure they are AOK. |
