 If you are planning to bid or buy over a few days or weeks please email and let us know we will then be more than happy to wait until you have finished.

Please note: Once an item has been posted it is out of our control.  We use Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Airmail. We therefore do recommend taking optional insurance to reduce the risk of missing / damaged parcels.

If you have not chosen to have the item sent via RECORDED Delivery we are NOT responsible - it is the responsibility of the carrier.

We will help by sending you the proof of postage and a claim form to make a direct claim with royal mail.
