All my items that I sell, we either never use, won't watch it again, or can't fit into!
I try my best to take a decent photo and describe it honestly, listing any marks or chips if applicable. If you are unhappy with any item that you buy from me, please contact me prior to leave a negative feedback and I will do my best to help.
If an item gets lost in the post, then it's not anyone's fault but Royal Mail's, and I wouldn't appreciate a neg because of their mistake (if you sent an item and it got lost, then someone gave you a neg for something out of your control, you'd be a bit peeved too) I always keep hold of any postage receipts and will be happy to pass it on.
Thankfully this hasn't happened to me yet, but I will do my best to help, and I always obtain a certificate of posting which you can claim back up to 100 x a 1st class stamp when using 1st class delivery.

All money received (apart from P+P charges, they go to Royal Mail, and the nice people I buy wrapping paper, bubble wrap, petrol and ink cartridges from, then there's Ebay and PayPal fee's), will go towards saving some money for a rainy day!
