Availability of Stock
Please be aware that this ebay store is not our only store. We have our own e-commerce web site and a shop and showroom in Chesterfield Nr Sheffield. In some circumstances items may have sold at one of our other stores and in the short time may therefore be out of stock. In the event that we are out of stock of any item on your order, we will contact you promptly and offer you several options which may include a full or partial refund (partial if we are able to fulfill some items, but not all), alternative items, or the option to place out of stock items on order. (We will provide you with a lead time). We Will do everything we can to prevent items being out of stock but this sometimes can not be helped.

Delivery and Carriage Charges
Delivery for on-line purchases is restricted to the Mainland United Kingdom.
Please note: Standard courier charges apply to England, Wales and parts of Scotland. The Highlands and Islands, off-shore islands (including the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man), Northern Ireland and Channel Islands are all subject to a delivery premium. Please call us for more information and a quote for additional shipping. All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt.

All images used on this website to accompany product descriptions are as accurate as possible. In some instances the image may not represent the product accurately. For example, it may feature six drums when only five are included, a colour that is no longer available, or a cymbal pack which may not be included. We do tell you what is, and what is not included in the Product Descriptions, so please pay attention to this section.
Delivery
All Items Ordered from Ebay are subject to a Minimum 1 Day Handling and Packing period.
Items over 2KG (Large) will then be shipped on Next Day Delivery to Mainland UK Using Parcel Line and need to be signed for on arrival. You can ring us for exact delivery day if you need to. Most parcels are delivered AM on the day of delivery however this can't be guaranteed.
Smaller Items are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post. This is usually a next day service, however we can not guarantee it as Royal Mail are responsible for the delivery time. These items will need signing for on arrival.
If you would like to specify any postal arrangements we can accomodate these and will charge extra where applicable. Please ask..... If you need next day on a Saturday for example we can arrange it, but it will cost you extra!!
Returns – “No Fault” 'No fault' returns are to be made within 7 days
You can cancel your purchase at anytime either before or up to 7 days after delivery of your product by:
· returning the product to us in person or by post (you must include your receipt with the item) and cover the costs of returning the items to us. We will refund your payment excluding the original shipping fee.

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done it without marking the product in anyway). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded DVDs must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
We make no charge if you return the product to our store in person. If you choose another method you must bear the costs. We will not cancel or refund your purchase when:
· You return your product without proof of purchase.
· The goods were a special order to your specification, or an item not usually stocked by Drum Stop Ltd.
Return of faulty goods
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances. Most goods (except consumables like sticks and heads) are guaranteed by the manufacturers against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months. While it is at the manufacturer's discretion, we will act as their agents to seek a repair or replacement. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. Please phone us on 0114 247 2200 or return the product to our store.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be:-
· in otherwise 'as new' condition;
· complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and if possible, the original box and packaging).
· Accompanied by proof of purchase.
The guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear, nor consumable items (eg drum-sticks, heads etc) unless there is clear evidence of manufacturing fault.
