Hi, I'm Emma and I'm a West Midlands girl who now lives in the misty mountains of Wales with my wonderful partner, step-children and two bouncy Labradors.
I love the countryside, animals, our allotment and garden (for organic veg, fruit and herbs), mountains (hill walking/skiing), travel, reading, cooking, rock music (Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Iron Maiden, etc.), running, Yoga, and good, healthy and natural-as-possible living. I dislike dishonesty, bad language, rudeness, bullies, violence, litter, fly-tipping, graffiti, Japanese Knotweed... the list goes on and on...
I am passionate about recycling so I'd rather pass on items I no longer need to a good home... "one man's junk is another man's gold"... even if I don't make a profit (although I do save up any profits made towards buying new things for our home). My starting price is nearly always 99p. To be kinder the environment again, I always re-use jiffy bags and other packaging materials. This has the added benefit of allowing me to offer lower postage costs to my buyers. If anything is unsold I either offer it on my local Freecycle network or pass it on to a charity shop.
