I started selling on eBay around August 2007, and was very surprised at the interest shown on the items I was selling. I take pride in my communications with my buyers, and always keep them informed throughout the entire process. I try to keep my prices as low as possible, thus trying to ensure that people continue to buy from me.
My Postage Terms.
I use Second class Recorded delivery as standard, and heavier items go First class, and this is reflected in my costs on my listings. The p&p cost includes all materials, packaging and labour, and not just the cost of a stamp. Items are always posted within two days of close of auction, but in cases where payment by cheque is made, the item is NOT dispatched until funds have cleared, so please respect this. I always obtain proof of posting in case there is any problems, and ask that you contact me via the "Email the seller" link, so that I may resolve, or help with any issue.
When you receive your goods & are happy, please leave feedback & I will do the same. However, if you have a problem with the item I provide, please get in touch prior to leaving feedback in order to allow me the opportunity to resolve the issue. Payment is to be received within 7 days please, unless using PayPal which is instant.
I cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail, and their policy states "AN ITEM CANNOT BE CLASSED AS LOST IN TRANSIT UNTIL 14 DAYS HAVE PASSED", so please take this into account when your goods have not yet arrived.
I HAVE TO ABIDE BY THIS POLICY AND HOPE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS DO GO MISSING IN TRANSIT AND I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.
As I stated earlier, I do obtain proof of posting, and use the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) to track the progress of my goods. I also offer discount on multiple items purchased from me.
My Payment Methods.
I accept payment via PayPal, which I prefer as it is quick and secure and ensures that goods are dispatched as soon as possible to my customers, cheques (which funds MUST clear before goods are sent), postal orders or bankers draft and credit cards via PayPal.

ALSO can you please contact me if there is a problem with the item/s you have recieved BEFORE you leave NEGATIVE feedback, this will save any bad feelings.
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
