welcome to the ebay home of the fenwick family
We are a home educating family with 6 children, we live in the east midlands of england UK.
we enjoy our alternative lifestyle from home educating and attachment parenting, to growing organic fruit, vegetables, herbs, and keeping our own egg layers, 2 ducks and 5 chooks, cat, dog 2 rabbits and a few frogs/toads here there and everywhere
Ideally we would love to become self sufficient not needing this damned corrupt babylon system for anything, and we move towards this vision at breakneck speed.
we don't like bull or hype, won't give none either ;)
Things we buy:- home education resources, books & posters, craft supplies, childrens toys, hippie-ish clothes and home decor, home and garden anything which aids our drive for self sufficiency.
Things we collect: - books and bookcases, magickal herbs, oils etc, willow tree and chabby chic decorations for the home, primitives, oh and kids ;D
Things we sell:- well not a lot since everything leaves our house knackered and well used, and when finished with its recycled or composted
Languages we speak are:- english and foul ;)
Hobbies:- yeah what, are we excepted to have time for hobbies too? No hobbies are for people who have too much time on their hands or whose lives are boring!!!!
Favourite Books:- ooh too many to mention individually, but basically owt on spirituality, vegetarianism, self sufficiency, alternative and eco-lifestyles, gardening, herbs and the magickal side of life
Favourite Movies:- again where do you start, dont watch a lot of TV or films (usually fall asleep half way through lol, but generally they fall into myth & fantasy, sci-fi, oh films like cheaper by the dozen
Favourite Music/Bands:- bob, ziggy, damien, stephen, julian oh heck all the marleys including queen mother rita marley, berris hammond, sanchez basically any real reggae, world folk music, new tribal music, and dance/house music
Favourite TV Shows:- not much to be honest its all absolutely crap really. But to unwind and share something with the kids, we like little house on the praire, the waltons, the good life, and for ourselves, anything on self sufficiency/eco and alternative, programmes on gardening, political documentaries, history and home education or large families
basically we are a couple of chilled out hippies at heart :)
