We sell a wide range of entertainment products including cd,dvds and console/pc games and programs across a large platform of genres ranging from special interest to more main stream items all my items are described to the best of knowledge including condition,quality and technical information.
Our stock consists of brand new sealed,new exdisplay and second user.The new exdisplay is stock mainly from big retail companies that have deals with their suppliers to return their shop display products when they have finished with them this usually means that they have some imperfections(always stated within the product listing)the most common of these are scuff marks/sticker marks on the case.The reason I sell these products is because the cost is greatly reduced against the rec retail price and as such I relay that back to the customer and you then get an item for a greatly reduced price that has no technical faults so everyone is happy.I always state within the ebay listing that the item is exdisplay to ensure nobody buys one of these items without being fully informed.Second user items are dealt with in the same way I always try to clearly list the condition(if on the rare occasion the item is not described correctly I will always accept the return of the item and give a full refund).All my products are inspected and tested before it is put up for sale.
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
