Thats me...on the beach...freezing!!!

Well, I thought that after a couple of years on eBay i'd write an 'about me' page.

Where to start...? Well, if your the slightest bit interested, my username is actually made up of the company that I work for and my forename, i.e. gms = Global Marine Systems and Simon (sort of speaks for itself!).

Global Marine Systems is a submarine telecommunication cable maintenance company so I spend half the year going around the world on their ships as a Navigation Officer. (If your interested in joining, there's a link at the bottom of the page for one of the training providers).

This said, I often come back with some random stuff and enough saved money to buy on eBay too. Anything remotely gadget like and i'm straight in there with the bidding.

Items I sell are often pretty random too as I regulary find things I no longer use, want or need. You know what they say, one mans 'stuff', another mans treasure!

Well the guide says that i'm supposed to tell you all about the wonderful items i've bought and sold on eBay. Well not much to tell really, just that I normally buy electronical gadgetry like the new iPod Touch; external hard drive; etc (I don't want to bore you too much).

Items that I sell at the moment are primarily things that I haven't used for years and collecting dust in the box room, so I figured I should let someone have some fun and use from them as most things are brand new!
