What is our shipping policy?
All orders will be sent via traceable postage (including royal mail and airmail). We like to know where our items are at all times so that we can keep you, the customer, posted at all times.
All orders under £100 are subject to postage and packaging.
Orders over £100 are subject to postal charges only.
Although postage discounts are available.
Orders over £200 receive FREE post and packaging.

Does my order include VAT?
VAT is included at the UK’s standard rate of 17.5% there are NO hidden extras.

What if I can’t see what I am looking for?
If you can’t find what you are looking for, please do feel free to contact us and ask if we have it in stock. If we don’t then we will locate it for you at no cost. Even if it means directing you to another shop. That’s how much we value our customers. If we can’t get it, and someone else has it, we will refer you to them.
