POST AND PACKAGING

PLEASE NOTE WHEN LEAVING FEEDBACK ON POST AND PACKAGING the cost is not simply a stamp, it is getting the item packaged, to the post office and other costs of this sale.

All items will be sent recorded delivery and this is reflected in any postage costs shown on an auction. As previously stated I will not removed this eliment from the cost of postage as there have been far too many claims and it is now a strict term and condition of ebay that paypal is offered and paypal only accept trackable postage. Sorry to any buyer who feels this is unfair however I am a personal seller I am not here to run a business.

 I will not offer a refund however I will provide you with proof of posting for your claim from Royal Mail if an item should be delayed or go missing. 

As I work full time aswell as being a single mam I will post your item(s) within 10-14 working days of payment being cleared. I normally post on Friday or Saturday (am) however if you need an item you have won before hand then please let me know and I will try and accommodate however can not promise. All items are posted 2nd class unless otherwise stated and is within the UK only, all overseas buyers to contact before bidding for a postage cost. If for any reason there will be a delay I will contact you to advise.

RETURNS

I am only willing to accept returns on items which have reached over £25 on the auction and on the grounds that the purchased item does not work as it should or to the capacity stated in the description.  I will not accept a return because the item does not fit or is not liked once received, please contact me first if you need more information. I try my best to list items as honestly as possible, I am not here to rip anyone off just sell the items we no longer have use for.  If you receive your item and are not happy please contact me first before leaving feedback.
