All orders dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorder Delivery or Special Next Day (1pm)
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 working day of cleared payment, 99% of all orders placed before 4.30pm Mon/Fri are dispatched same day. Weekend orders will be dispatched on the Monday or next working day.
If paying by personal cheque or postal order then please make it payable to "Harvie of Wishaw" and allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear.
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery which is usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
We retain individual proof of posting an a tracking number for every order sent, on request we will supply you with the tracking number for your order.
In the event that you do not receive your order after 5 working days then please contact us.
The Royal Mail do not consider an item as lost until 15 days after the expected delivery date for standard mail (10 days for Special Delivery) - source Royal Mail P58 Lost, Damaged or Delayed inland mail claim form.
We would advise that if you have not received your order after 5 working days to contact your local Post Office Depot ( phone 08457 740 740 to find your local office) and ask them to check if they have any undelivered mail for you, or if your postal delivery worker has left your order with a neighbour.
In the event that your order has been lost by the Post Office we will gladly replace it free of charge.
