Me
Hi, I am Darryl. I
live in Shepperton, Middlesex, UK. I sell DVDs,
Games and CDs on a part time basis.
Honesty
Everything I sell is
honestly described, posted out promptly in a new jiffy bag... plus you will get an email to confirm that I have shipped. I am delighted that I am yet to get a NEGATIVE comment from buyers (or sellers)
I passed 5000 postive feedback comments in April 2008, 100% positive. There are not many sellers who can say that.
Quality
All the NEW items I sell are exactly that. Any second hand
items are quality checked before listing, so you will know exactly what
you are buying.
Communication
My communication is
hopefully helpful too. You will get a friendly confirmation when I have
received your payment, and a message to say when I have posted your
item. I will also follow up the transaction a few weeks later
if I have not had feedback to check you have recieved the item.
I try and respond to
all emails from buyers or sellers within 24 hours. Very
occasionally it is longer.
Feedback
My feedback is
automatically left once you leave me positive feedback. If you are
contemplating leaving anything anything other than positive feedback,
then please email me first, as most problems can be resolved with good
communication. I just ask that you are polite.

Promotions
If you sign up for my mailing lists I offer occassional promotions like FREE SHIPPING. Most recently, an offer of a 100% FREE item to the mailing list customer who left me feedback closest to 3000. In the end there were 2 winners, either side of the 3000th comment. Yeah!
