NEW DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Due to reduced opening hours at my local Post Office, Items paid for (paypal) by 11am MON-FRI) will be dispatched that day, other times (Weekends and Bank Holidays) next working day.
I know this may cause increasead delivery time to you, but at the moment I have no option!

you can avoid delaying the dispatch of your item by ensuring your Paypal account has a confirmed address and verified.
Your probably wondering why I insist on sending items to a UK verified address?
Sending items to a verified address offers the Buyer and Seller protection under the paypal protection scheme and ensures that the address is linked to the person buying the item. Recent increases in on-line fraud has made this necessary. I do not ship outside UK. If you wish to send an item to an alternative or gift address, then you must set it up in your paypal account. Then select that address when you go through ebay checkout.
Terms and Condition of Sale
Please read the terms of the item before bidding. Postage cost are non-negotiable. For the majority of items collection is not possible. Although items which can be collected may incur a small collection charge, this will be shown on the auction item. Buyer to pay all postage costs including that of returning an item.
Used Items are sold as seen and usually not eligible for a refund. Returns must be authorised by me, prior to being accepted. Call the customer service number and get a returns number, prior to sending anything back.
Non-faulty returns will incur a re-stocking fee. Currently 20% or £2.00 which ever is the greatest. This will be deducted from your refund.
New Items that have a warranty shown on the packaging need to be taken up with the manufacturer. Please contact me in the first instance though. This is because I am not a business but a private seller and although any items I have for sale are not covered by the Sale of Goods act, I will do my best to try and sort out any problem associated with the item and possibly get it back to the manufacturer for a replacement.

PLEASE NO E-CHEQUES
E-cheques take far too long to clear up to 10 workings days. Paypal advise sellers not to send items until e-cheques clear. Paying by e-Cheque will prevent you from getting your goods quickly. Instant bank transfer or card payment via paypal are the best.
