Heres a little something about who I am - I am 18 and female and my true desire is to progress into a behavioural type career whether that be a Criminal Psychologist or an Eating Disorder Dietician we shall see with my A-level results this summer. Looking forward to start university however at the moment I am really enjoying selling on eBay and making a profit. I have never been a business girl, Biology is my preference but recently I have had some fun selling.
I am always constantly looking for bargains on eBay so I can sell onwards and try and make a profit and so far I have had all satisfied customers - feel free to browse my items.

PAYMENT:
Payment is expected within 7 days via either paypal, cheques or postal orders. International must pay via paypal in GBP. After the 7 days have elapsed I will always open an unpaid item dispute if I have not received payment. Please bear in mind cheques and postal orders will take longer.
POSTAGE:
When posting I always ensure they are packaged extremely well with professionalism - once paid that day I will post that day providing the post office is not closed.
When the parcel is lost I will claim myself and immediately refund you including postage and packing when 15 working days have elapsed to deem the parcel lost (RM T's and C's).
If the parcel arrives damaged I will require a picture INCLUDING packaging as I will not be able to refund without this. I will then need the parcel and its contents to be kept safe until the RM claim is complete.
Any other refunds with regards to dissatifaction will be at my sole discretion.
RETURNS:
If I don't state a returns policy it is because of the nature of the products. In this case all sales are final.
Finally the most important point is to have a pleasant transaction for both you and me and if for any reason you think I don't deserve the 5 stars and a postive please do inform me I would love to know how I could make it even more better! Please remember ALWAYS contact me first if you have any concerns before leaving feedback - I cannot recify a problem without having previous knowledge.
