Terms and Conditions:
Postage: Normaly dispatched withing 48 hrs by standard second class post. Please allow 7 days on our larger items. Please notify us after 14 working days if goods are not recieved. We will forward claims documents to allow the item to be replaced (if in stock or refund) and we will then complete a claim from the post office. Claims will not usually be processed until 28 days after the sale date as often items lost are returned to us and Royal mail require a lead time. We will assist fully at all times in this matter. And all losses will be replaced on completion of claims form. Registered post is available on request. Proof of postage is available at any time.
Returns: In Gear accepts no responsibility for fitting, suitability or damage thus arising from any sale. Damages must be reported within 24hrs. Other items need to be returned in origional unopened condition for resale or repair within 7 working days. Incorrectly ordered items may have fees and postage deducted from any refund. We will offer a replacement of the product if faulty. If the buyer prefers or requires a refund appropriate fees and postage may be deducted. Long term we simply offer a 28 day guarantee against faulty items. Return of item and fees incurred will be the responsibility of buyer in all cases. Returns due to quality issues may have fees and postage deducted from refunds. If unhappy with the quality it must be returned as per terms above in all cases within 7 days.
International: Any Taxes or duty are payable locally by customer and not by InGear. Most items are designed for UK market, buyer to check that item is suitable for their local laws.
Guarantees: New non-clearance items will be exchanged if promptly returned within seven working days. Ingear can not comment on the fitting of any item sold on the site. And are not responsible for failure of such fitted items or issues including damage thus arising. Items and suitability for local road traffic laws are not our responsibility.
