HI there & thanks for dropping in!

I have to admit it, I am addicted to eBay! I have been a member since Saturday, 25 Mar, 2000 and love both selling and buying! As a seller I aim to offer quality items with a fast and friendly service. As a buyer I always like to pay promptly and leave appropriate feedback on receipt of the item. I am located in the lovely North Somerset area (please see the above pic). I am happy to send items world-wide. HAPPY EBAYING EVERYONE!

My selling promises....

I only ever sell things that I would be happy to buy myself!

All items will be freshly washed, line dried in the sea breeze (weather permitting!) and ironed prior to sale.

I pride myself on honest and accurate descriptions, if the item is not as described in the listing I will give you a full refund!

I will make contact within 24 hours after the end of my auctions, please let me know if you don't receive an invoice/email.

I offer a choice of posting options and will always obtain proof of posting.

I will claim compensation from Royal Mail, on your behalf should you not receive an item or it is damaged in the post.

I will acknowledge receipt of your payment and send your item out ASAP.

Items will be well packaged in discreet plain packaging.

I leave feedback upon completion of each transaction (I don't consider the transaction to be complete until the item is received and the recipient is happy)

I WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR TRANSACTION! If there is ever any aspect of the transaction you are not happy with, please contact me immediately and I will do all I can to put things right for you!

MY RETURNS POLICY

If the item is not as described in the listing I will give a full refund upon return of the item in the same condition it was received. I regret that I can not refund if the item does not fit, so please ensure you have read the description fully and checked the measurements. Please clarify anything you are unsure of with me before bidding, I am always happy to help. Thank you.
