Hello,

My name is Jan Brand.  My love for anything that is either beautiful or very old dates back to when I was a child.  My father used to attend auctions and purchased many unusual items to add to our collection at home.  I went along with him and slowly I caught the collecting 'bug'. 

I have now turned a lifetime hobby into a business.  I sell on Ebay and have my own separate website where I also sell my collectables and antiques.  My website address is www.jan-brand.com  I hope you enjoy your visit to the site and that you find items to interest you.

I work alongside my husband Tony, who is a retired police inspector.  Tony helps me with research and he deals with the administration and the shipping side of my business.  We both enjoy our work and hope that we provide a reliable service for our customers. 

On a personal note, we have a large family and two very large dogs - one a wolf-hound/greyhound cross and one a deer-hound/german shepherd cross.  They are loyal protectors and friends.
