My name is Jo, and I've been having fun selling on Ebay since 2002. 

I now sell mainly Games Workshop, but a few odds and ends always make their way onto Planet Redboots.

Here's some important facts which will help you buying on Ebay.

Feedback:  Just by looking at my feedback, you can see I am a trustworthy seller and have a large amount of repeat business

Postage Charges:  I always quote postage on each item.  All our items are packaged in boxes with bubblewrap and stuffing, so hopefully the item will arrive in the same condition it was sent out. 

Current postage policy:

For the UK, our standard fee of £1.95 will cover 1 standard lead figure or 10 standard plastic figures or 25 epic bases, sent 1st class.  For any more items than this, the postage will go up according to weight. If you win multiple auctions, I am happy to send all items together for a large discount

For NON UK countries, I have a minimum charge for each country, but if you win multiple auctions, I am happy to send all items together for a large discount.  My standard rate will normally cover up to 3 standard lead Warhammer figures or equivalent (but will always be weight dependent).  So the more you buy, the cheaper the postage!! 

We do not have a policy of slinging unpacked items into jiffy bags. All items are either well wrapped in bubblewrap and sent in a box, or for our smaller items, are put in a strong plastic box (with bubblewrap) in a jiffy bag.

Payment Terms:

Checkout or E-mail contact MUST be made within 7 days and payment within 1 month of auction finish.

UK: I accept payment by Paypal, Cheque or Postal Orders.

Overseas: I accept payment by Paypal ONLY

Due to bank charges I can not accept foreign drafts or foreign personal cheques in any currency.

Delivery Times: I go to the Post Office about five times a week (depending on the weather!).  Items are prepared to go out the day before, so very occasionally there may be a slight delay after cleared payment for your item to be sent - I do not offer an express delivery service, but will endeavor to send items out asap.  Dont forget, the Post office is not open on Bank holidays and so will put an extra day on delivery times!!!

Refunds:  All refunds will be considered - if we have made a mistake, then full refund (including postage) will be made on return of the item.  If its a buyers mistake, then we will normally refund the cost of the item on its return.  All our listings come with clear photos, full payment details etc. so please look at the listing carefully.  Again, contact us before leaving feedback so that we can come to a mutual agreement!

Lost In Post: We are happy to make claims with Royal Mail for lost or damaged items.  But be warned, it can take them approx 5 weeks to process the claim.

Feedback:  As I state on my despatch e-mail, please contact me if you are unhappy, BEFORE leaving feedback.  Most problems can be resolved (especially if they are down to human error on my part or that of Royal Mail).  If, after my help, you are still not happy, then of course, leave feedback accordingly!
