Hi all this is me, i try my best to get it right with sellers and buyers,I am a grandma with 3 beautiful granchildren,

So please note i deal with tantrums very well...

But hey we all make mistakes, and it does pay to talk....

 Below is what i normally add to my listing its a wee bit of humour to take the edge off the little bit to serious ebayers.....

Boring Bit That Prevents Life From Going Pear-shaped & Your Item Refusing To Come & Live With You.....

I am a very nice person. And as long as you pay for your item within 5 days we will not tell the Ebay police what a naughty person you are.  Because i am so nice if you email me explaining that you cannot pay for your item as you have spent all your money on bottles of expensive wine but can pay for it in a bit i can usually work something out. (As long as it was a good wine and one that i approve of!)

 I do not take bids from ANYONE with less than o5 feedbacks.  I dont deal with the  BIDDERS who have had less than my required feedbacks, so please dont be a hancerand bid as I WILL TERMINATE YOUR BID!! Unless you email me first..

Your item or items (I said hopefully) will be eager to come and live with you, however, they do need to be escorted to the post office which jo who can only do once or twice a week, so please be patient.  Irate emails will not make my little legs go any faster.
I will try and get something very important out to you even quicker, but you must tell me so i can do my warm-up exercises and get going... jokin

Most of my items are individuals and looking for a new home, one full of love and understanding.  I will always tell you about my items including sizes, measurements and condition.  If  i forget to do this just email me and i will answer your query.  In fact email me anyway as i am the font of all knowledge and can answer questions you didn't even want the answer to!

I do answer every email but please be aware that sometimes i am out doing stuff

Please note: I am very, very helpful, but no, you can't have a refund because this particular shade of green dosn't suit you, it doesn fit you, as you are thinner/fatter than you thought or because you just don't want it anymore.  That's what email questions are for.  If your lovely item takes it on itself to run off and live independently in sin with the postman, we will do everything in our power to lasso the little blighter and send it home to you, but if you have taken out no postal insurance you will not be getting a refund.  Please don't just put negative feedback on without talking to ME  first as this just upsets ME and if it happens to be a full moon - well..
