July Textiles Some of my work About Me   I completed City and Guilds parts 1 & 2 Creative Embroidery at the renowned East Berkshire College in Windsor in 2007.   I was recently awarded first place in the wearable art section of the National Quilt Championships 2008 at Sandown Park.   My work is often inspired by the sights and sounds of old fashioned fairgrounds and steam, the bright colours and the beautiful artwork and carving has always fascinated me. I also find the industrial nature of machinery a great inspiration.
