We sell a range of items on our website, www.kattjen.co.uk.  Please click on the link and take a look.

All of our items are bought brand new, so to answer any concerns or questions..... Yes, all of our items are 100% genuine, new and authentic! We endeavor to sell only quality goods at the lowest price possible; we pride ourselves on providing a great service and will look after our customers from purchase through to feedback.

Postage

Our aim is to dispatch all goods as quickly as we can, we post every week day using good quality packaging.

Communication

We always respond to questions as soon as received during the week. We always send a dispatch notification email when your item is packaged and posted so that you know when to expect your item.

Items lost in the post

We always obtain a certificate of posting so that we are able to refund items lost in the post. If items have not arrived after 15 working days we will require a written statement from you, the details of which will be sent to you. We will claim compensation from Royal Mail on your behalf and we will then offer you a replacement (if in stock) or a refund.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us straight away and return it to us within seven days. Once it is received in the same condition with tags attached and in the same packaging we will refund the cost of the item. If the item is returned because you have changed your mind about the purchase we will not refund postage. If we made an error or the item is faulty upon receipt we will also refund the postage.

Payment

We accept payment by Paypal, cheque (made payable to Jennie Coppola) or postal orders from buyers within the UK. Please note that eCheques can sometimes take up to a week or longer to clear and we only post the item once it has cleared. We only accept paypal from countries outside the UK.
