Payment is required within 7 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within this time then an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with eBay. If payment is not received within the following 7 days the dispute will be finalised, leaving an Unpaid Item Strike and a negative feedback on your account. Sorry but had lots of time wasters!!!
PayPal is preferred but I do not mind a cheque or postal order. Items will be posted on receipt of cleared funds. For overseas bidders - I only accept PayPal.
Items are posted just about every day, so there will never be a delay in sending your item. Proof of posting is ALWAYS obtained and will be sent to you on request.
I can combine postage costs for multiple auction wins, however to do this I can only accept ONE payment. If you let me know when you have finished bidding or buying, I will send you an invoice. For UK buyers each additional item is only £1 postage!
I pride myself on the accuracy of my descriptions and photographs. Due to reproduction reasons and customers' own screens, colours may be slightly different. Black is a hard colour to photograph and keep the detail, sometimes I may have to lighten the colour to show the detail.

Other items must be returned within 7 days, please can you contact me before returning and I will advise the steps to take. The buyer pays for return postage. This is for auction and Buy It Now items. Items MUST be returned complete in tagged, with hangers and any wrappers / free gift wrap. Exactly as the item was sent to you!
The item number MUST BE returned with the item along with a note of who you are and why the item has been sent back. I cannot process a return or exchange without the number because we will not know who and why the item has been returned! Only the amount paid for the actual item will be refunded if returning for any other reason other than faulty.
