I will only send by Recorded First Class post for the UK, and International Signed-For (airmail) for overseas. These services are trackable and insured to protect us both. I will e-mail you from my Hotmail account to let you know when an item is on its way (check your Spam if you haven't heard from me). Get in contact if you are worried about your parcel's whereabouts and I will try to find out where it is. 98% of the time, the Royal Mail is reliable, but please be patient if they mess up - I keep my side of the bargain but am not responsible if the postal service mess up!

Also stated is that I will no longer leave feedback and please not to leave any feedback for me. This can upset people too, although I do mention it in my 'Please Note' section.  (If you are a new e-Bayer though with zero feedback, I will generally leave some for you). There are a few reasons for this. First is time - e-Bay takes up such a lot of my playtime and I don't like to do something unless it's really accurate. Also, I figure my reputation as a reliable and honest seller for so many years should stand for itself by now. I'm not here to con people, and certainly wouldn't have been allowed to trade for so long if that were the case.  My main reason though is that I feel that the feedback tool is misused too much. People leave negatives for the stupidest of reasons without realising how damaging it can be. I have had a very bad experience myself after leaving a deserved negative feedback and do not want to suffer that again.  Be aware of what personal information is on the Internet and be careful!
