Paypal is our preferred method of payment as this makes claims easier
with Royal Mail. If Paypal is used, parcels are usually dispatched within
3 working days of receipt of transaction.
If you need something urgently, please email us as it may be possible to
prioritise your order.
The buyer must pay within 5 days of auction completion or the item(s) will
be relisted and negative feedback will be left.
We do not take responsibility for loss or damage of parcels in transit but a
certificate of posting will be retained. Every effort is taken to ensure that
all items are sent in good quality packing to ensure they are secure and
protected.
Certificate of posting will be deemed as proof that we fulfilled
the contract completely.
Overseas shipping will be extra. Please email for a quote.
Any items which are returned to us due to non-collection/signature cannot be
posted again unless we receive payment to cover the additional postage cost.

in my feedback thing so I wanted to write seperately to say to you that this is the BEST ebay transaction I have ever had. I
have another ebay account too where I have a much higher star rating and from which I sell items and I've never been so happy
and impressed with an ebay transaction as I was with yours! So, the feedback may be short due to lack of space but my
