Non-Paying
Bidders:

paying bidders are not
welcome, we have a strict policy against nonpayment and will report you
to EBay, leave negative feedback, and file file nonpayment strikes.
Special consideration may be give to members in extreme circumstance,
however this will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We are not
heartless and do realize the problems do happen. However if you do not
communicate with us we can't work with you. So please if you have
payment problems please, please email me so we can work out a solution.

UK,
all of the EU except for Italy. Most Eastern European countries if in
doubt please contact me, Japan, Australia, USA and Canada. We DO NOT
SELL TO CHINA!
Shipping:
All
parcels will be shipped in
the UK by 1st Class Recorded Delivery there are no exceptions to this
rule. All buyers will be provided with a tracking number via pay pal
within 24 hours of the item being shipped this is to avoid buyers who
have scammed me in the past who have claimed that the items were not
received when in fact they were.
Returns
& Exchanges:
Most
items have a return policy
unless otherwise states. Cosmetics are non-refundable unless they are
damaged by Royal Mail proof must be provided and a claim will be placed
against the Royal Mail. No money will be refunded until the claim has
been processed and the items are received back to me.
If you
fail to claim
you
items at the post office/Royal Mail Delivery Stations I will not refund
your money unless there is an extreme circumstance this will be
reviewed at a case by case basis, please email me
for refunds.
Customs
& Taxes:
Customs
fees and Taxes are the responsibly of the buyer not the seller!
We will refuse any claims of a return or exchange based on failure to
pay Customs fees or taxes. It is not our responsibly to ensure that you
do not get charged fees. It is not our responsibly to pay these fees,
do not ask us to pay half, do not try to blackmail us stating you will
leave negative feedback for customs or taxes because the same will be
done for you. These fees are out of our control! Do not blame us! All
parcels will be valued at the price of auction close so if
winning bid is £101.00 the customs form will be
marked at £101.00! Do not try to negotiate, or ask me to
write letter stating that the items are gifts because I will not commit
customs fraud!
