About Me:
Hi, I'm Mike and I live in Guildford, Surrey, England. I'm 47 years old and have been collecting plastic model kits (in particular those made by Airfix), plastic soldiers, old toys and games, badges and millitaria seriously for a number of years, although my interest goes back to my childhood. I currently have some 1,000 unmade kits in my collection and countless plastic soldiers. On Ebay I sell kit "doubles" and other items I no longer want.

Item Description:
I always try to describe items in plain english, list any known faults and provide several photo's taken in daylight using my Canon IXUS 40. I start all my auctions at the lowest price I am willing to accept. I never end an auction early just because the item does not look like reaching the price I hoped it would.

Postage:
I am happy to post items worldwide unless I specify otherwise. If you think I am charging you too much for post and packing then please contact me.

Postage charges will be specified in the auction, and will normally be set a little over the estimated postage cost so as to allow for packaging, materials and handling costs (i.e if I send out a CD and I think the stamps will cost me 65p then I would probably add 25p to cover the cost of a new Jiffy bag). If I have significantly over estimated the cost then I will refund the difference.

Some packaging will be recycled, some new. Most items are sent out by first class post. I aim to despatch all items within 3 days after I have received payment, however if it is going to take me longer I will let you know.

Collecting your item in person from me:
You are welcome to collect from me in Guildford, Surrey. Please contact me first to arrange a suitable time and date to call. If you collect you will not need to pay any of the postage, packing or handling costs specified in the auction.

Refunds:
I am not a business seller, but in most situations will give a 100% refund of the full purchase cost, including original P&P should the item be faulty or not as described.

To receive a refund the item must be returned, in or with its original packaging and materials within 7 days (UK buyers) or 14 days (overseas buyers), of receipt. Please contact me first before returning any item.

Please do let me know if you have any problems with any item purchased or if you have not received my payment. Full contact details will always be included in with your item. If you would like to discuss any problems with me then I have no objections to you calling me in the evenings or at the weekend. I have found this the easiest and quickest way to resolve any issues.

Feedback:
I usually wait for the buyer to leave feedback first to show that a) they've received their item and are happy with it, and b) that they have worked through any problems and no 'dispute resolution' will be required.

I will leave feedback for sellers just as soon after I have received and checked the item.
