I do my best to run fair and honest service. Should any problems arise please don't hesitate to email...We believe most problems can be solved through communication. I always recipricate positive feedback when I recieve it and I very rarely resort to leaving negative feedback unless I feel it is only fair to warn others that a particular ebayer is a non-payer. If no payment or contact has been made to us following the purchase we will make an unpaid item strike after 1 week.
Returns Policy
I hope you pee yourself with excitement upon receipt of your jersey. However if you are not happy with your purchase I will offer a refund if it was my fault, and if it's not our fault, I will assess returns on a case by case basis. Email us to check before sending anything back. But you need to let us know within 7 days of receiving the jersey cos that's the rules!
Acceptable reasons for returns include wrong sizes or items damaged either in transit or during manufacture. Unacceptable reasons include your mum washing it at the wrong temperature, you just don't want it anymore, or your arms have grown overnight and the jersey does not fit. (statutory rights not affected).
Please note that we do not pay for return postage and when you do send anything back to us retain proof of posting from your postal service so that you may trace the package if we do not receive it. We are not responsible for returned items that fail to reach us. Refunds can take up to 30 days to complete once we receive your returned goods.
