About Us:
Natural Flow Direct started around April 2002. It is run full time by Trish, David and Andrew from our warehouse in lovely Bexhill-on-Sea near Hastings in East Sussex.
We specialise in Global Fair Trade products and provide a wide choice of the following:
- Nomads and Namaste Clothing
- World Musical Instruments and Percussion
- Gifts, Incense / Resins and Interior Furnishings
Personal visits to the warehouse are highly welcomed, but do ring for directions beforehand.
Our Blog entitled "Fair Trade Adventures" covers some of Natural Flow Direct's travels in search of new and exciting Fair Trade products.

Fair Trade Policy:
We travel to West Africa, Nepal and India to manufacture and source our Fair Trade products. In this country we buy from Fair Trade clothes wholesalers such as Nomads and Namaste. We have been approved to join BAFTS (British Association of Fair Trade Shops) and are currently full members as of September 2005. If you would like a full print out of our raison d'etre and Fair Trade Policy, please ask for a copy to be sent with your next order.
Multiple Purchases:
We are happy to give postage discounts on multiple purchases bought within seven days of each other. It is the buyer's responsibility to request a combinable purchase option for two or more items. Items bought seperately and not combined by the buyer will be shipped together unless otherwise requested. Please contact us for a combined purchase quote before paying.
Payment:
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Paypal
- Cheques made payable to "Natural Flow" (Please allow up to seven days for cheques to clear before we dispatch your item)
- Postal Orders and Bankers Drafts made payable to "Mr. Ball"
- International Money Orders have to be sent in Great British Pounds. Follow this link for an online currency converter

Payment Terms:
Please could buyers contact us within 3 days. If after 3 days no contact is made we will send a reminder invoice. After 7 days we will send a second reminder invoice. After 14 days we have a duty to contact eBay regarding a non-payment issue.
Shipping:
Please see individual items for shipping costs. Postal Insurance is available on request. We dispatch items throughout the week.
Items Lost or Damaged in the Post:
Natural Flow Direct use the GB Post Office service. First class postage or standard parcels to UK customers, airmail to the rest of the world.

Natural Flow Direct always maintain proof of postage records for items dispatched. We recommend recorded delivery and/or postal insurance. If you decide not to use this option and the item is lost, we will forward our proof of posting certificate to you so that you can make a claim for a refund from the post office. If your item is damaged in the post and insurance has not been taken out, please take up your complaints with the post office.
Natural Flow Direct will give assistance to buyers should they experience difficulties with the postal system, but ultimately it is their responsibility to make a claim.
We highly recommend that overseas customers contact us for a postal insurance quote.
Returns:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a no quibbles full refund on all purchases within 7 days (less postage costs). If there is a fault with the item (and we cannot replace it) or we have made a mistake with the listing we will issue a full refund including postage costs. Items to be returned should be in a re-saleable condition preferably with tags still attached where applicable.
Feedback:
Our policy is to issue feedback as soon as we have cleared funds for the item purchase. When you receive your item, please leave us positive feedback. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us before giving negative or neutral feedback, as in our experience most issues can be resolved. |
