I am an independent seller located in the UK, aiming to offer high quality items (chiefly clothes, shoes and accessories) at affordable prices.
I never put items up for sale unless they're of a condition and quality I would be happy to receive myself, and you can see by my high 100% positive feedback rating that I mean business. My start prices are always low and I don't put reserve prices on my auctions, so add me to your favourite sellers and check back regularly to see my latest items for sale!

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you intend to bid on one of my items, please read the following carefully:
I DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE UK. No exceptions! DO NOT bid on my items if you live outside the UK. I will relist the item and leave negative feedback if you ignore this rule.
I CAN ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL. Again, no exceptions. I can't stress this enough - PLEASE ensure you have a functional Paypal account before bidding as I absolutely cannot accept ANY other form of payment.
As I only accept Paypal, I expect payment to be sent within 3 days of the auction ending. If you find that you are unable to pay within this time, you MUST contact me, otherwise I will presume you are not going to pay. If If payment is not received within 3 days and there is no contact, I reserve the right to re-sell the item to another bidder - I will also leave negative feedback and report you to eBay.
I do not give refunds or exchanges - all sales are final. I describe items honestly, provide measurements and photographs where I can, and you can contact me before bidding if you require further details. It's not my responsibility if an item doesn't fit you.
I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, and I can't give a refund in such cases. However, I obtain proof of postage for all items I send, and I'll do everything I can to help if an item does not arrive.
I report everyone who disobeys mine or eBay's rules. This includes buyers who don't pay, people who contact me wanting to buy or sell outside eBay, and sellers who copy pictures and/or text from my listings.
A note about postage & packing charges: My p&p charges are based on an estimate of what the postage will cost - eBay is not my job, I work 6 days a week so I don't have time to check exactly how much every item will cost to post before listing it. Please remember that the p&p charge also includes the cost of the materials used to pack items - this can include mailing sacks, jiffy bags, bubble wrap, sellotape and packing tape, none of which come cheap!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will you send an item to a country outside the UK? No. I ship exclusively within the UK. This is made clear on all my item listings, and the stated postage & packing prices apply to the UK only. If you win one of my items and live outside the UK, I will not send the item unless you can provide me with a UK address to send the item to.
Will you accept cheques/cash/postal orders/any other form of payment? No. When I say Paypal only, I mean Paypal only. If you win one of my auctions and you are unable to pay by Paypal, I will report you as a non-paying bidder and relist the item.
I don't have a Paypal account - what do I do? I can only accept Paypal, so please don't bid on my items if you don't have a Paypal account. To get one, go to www.paypal.com - it's free, simple and totally secure.
Will you end an auction early/add a Buy It Now price? No. This is unfair on other bidders and is against eBay rules. If you see no Buy It Now price, there is no Buy It Now price. If you email me asking to buy an item outside the auction, I will report you to eBay.
Will you combine postage costs? Yes. I always make a discount on postage costs if you win more than one item from me, unless the items have to be sent separately. The amount of the discount will depend on the weight and size of the items.
Will you send an item by recorded mail? Yes. I usually send all my items by Royal Mail First Class Standard, but I'm happy to send items by recorded mail if you require this service. There will be a small additional charge.
When do you send items? I always try to send items as soon as possible - usually, this will be 1-3 working days after I receive payment. If there is likely to be a significant delay before I can send an item, I will always let the buyer know.
What happens if I'm not happy with my item? In the unlikely event that you're in any way unhappy with an item, please contact me - by email or through eBay Messages - as soon as possible. I pride myself on being an honest and approachable seller and am always happy to resolve any problems amicably.
