My selling policies
UK Bidders
I accept Paypal, Postal Orders and Cheques.
International Bidders
I ONLY accept Paypal
My Paypal email address is available through eBay checkout
I ask for payment within 7 days of auction end and aim to despatch within 3-4 working days.
P & P is not negotiable, it includes the cost of handling and new packaging where appropriate.
I sometimes recycle jiffy bags, but rest assured I package well!
I aim to despatch within 3 days of the auction end but this can some time vary due to circumstances.
UK Bidders
I send items 1st or 2nd Class standard or 1st/2nd Class Recorded in case of higher value items. In special cases I send via Special Delivery but this will be clearly stated.
I send items Airmail or International Signed For (dependent on value) to ensure you receive your item in a timely manner.
I mainly sell things I have bought and will never use- I have a shopping addiction and a weakness for handbags!
I would never sell something I would not be happy to accept myself.
Please contact me with any questions or queries via the Ebay Messaging System and I will generally reply with 24 hours.
A note on Best Offers
You now have more than one best offer, feel free to send your offer through to me as I seriously consider all offers and always respond.
Missing Items
If you have not received your item within 14 days of paying for it, please contact me in the first instance. If after contacting your local sorting office, it is genuinely missing, I will claim from Royal Mail and issue you a refund. Please DO NOT attempt to blackmail me with threats of negative feedback if you have only waited 2 days etc. as I will close all communication with you. 99% of buyers are genuine and perfectly reasonable, but the bad minority force me as a responsible seller to place this in my terms and conditions.
Mis-described Items
If I have genuinely mis-described an item or sent the wrong item then I will refund in full, on receipt of the item. In the first instance please contact me.
