We mostly sell motherboards but also a few toys and clothes we dont want any more. All our motherboards are tested with a PSU and PCI POST test cards and the details of our findings are displayed on the auction page. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND OUT WHAT THIS CODE MEANS. We do not have the time to search for all the codes we get. Bearing this is mind we rarely have sold one that doesn't work.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING POSTAGE CHARGES.
PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT OTHER THAN POSTAL CHARGES THERE ARE OTHER EXPENSES INVOLVED IN GETTING OUR MOTHERBOARDS TO YOU. WE BUY SPECIALLY MADE BOXES AT 75p EACH. ALSO FOAM WRAP, FRAGILE TAPE, ANTI-STATIC BAGS. ALSO THERE ARE HANDLING CHARGES. PLEASE DON'T BUY A BOARD FROM US AND THEN COMPLAIN THAT THE POSTAGE IS HIGH AFTERWARDS. IT IS YOUR DECISION WHETHER TO BUY FROM US OR NOT AND IF YOU THINK THE POSTAGE IS TOO STEEP PLEASE BUY FROM ELSEWHERE.
LATELY WE HAVE HAD PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE POSTAGE COSTS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE CHARGES PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM US AND MOAN AFTERWARDS.
We are trusted Ebayers who would never intentionally sell defective products to anyone and always answer any messages sent to us within 24 hours, if you do not get a reply try sending the message again because sometimes they don't get through, as we've found out recently.
We welcome new ebayers but please make sure you know what you are doing first and preferably set up a paypal account, cheques are a pain and we rarely get to the bank therefore could delay your purchase for up to 2 weeks.
Please bear in mind that we do not force anyone to buy from us so negative feedback is not acceptable, we offer no guarantees and give all the information we can.
Please do not leave us negative feedback when you are in the wrong, any problems can be worked out through communication. Please get in touch before making rash decisions.
WE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW COLLECTIONS FROM OUR HOME ADDRESS DUE TO AN IRATE LOCAL CUSTOMER WHO REFUSED TO PAY OUR POSTAGE. OUR POSTAGE IS THE SAME AMOUNT WHETHER YOU LIVE IN SCOTLAND OR 2 MILES FROM OUR HOME, IF YOU DON'T LIKE THAT THEN BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.
