Terms & Conditions of Sale
Delivery & Combined Postage

Nearly all of our items are despatched within 1 working of cleared payment. Most items are posted using Royal Mail first class service, but some heavier items will be sent via courier or other signed for service, so please try to make sure somebody is present at the address to take the delivery.

We'll email you via eBay messages the day that your item has been despatched.

Thinking about buying more than 1 item?

Why pay lots of postage with other sellers when you don't have to?

If you're in the UK, we only charge 50p extra postage per additional item. If you live outside UK, don't worry, we'll still combine your postage and try and give you a discount if you request an invoice.

Approximate Delivery Times (Please allow up to 28 days)

• Delivery to the UK: 1-3 working days
• Delivery to Europe: 3-5 working days
• Delivery to the rest of the world: 5-10 working days

Note there can be delays during the run up to Christmas, so please order before 18th December to avoid disappointment, unless you have chosen Special Delivery Next Day service.

If you choose Get It Fast, please remember to add 1 working day for handling time: e.g. If you buy on Friday, item could be despatched on Monday for guaranteed Tuesday delivery. If you really want something despatched today, please email us and we'll confirm whether we can still despatch in time for the postman!

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from us. If you're not, for any reason, please email us within 14 days of receiving your goods. We'll then give you all the information you need to send it back for a replacement or full refund.

Are your goods not faulty, but you've simply changed your mind? Please email us within 14 days of receipt of your goods, and we'll give you all the information you need to send it back for a full refund. Please note in these instances we cannot refund the cost of posting it back to us.

Payments

We are based in the UK, so we can only accept UK currency, £GBP. Please do not send US dollars or Euros. Paypal will automatically convert your money into £GBP.

• UK customers can pay by Paypal, bank transfer, postal order or cheque made payable to 'RETRO LOUNGE'. Please allow at least 5 working days for cheques to clear before despatch.
